First impression at the Eurotehnika stand

At the joint stand with our partner Eurotehnika, we presented Titan DrillCut as a fully integrated installation. Although it was a demo version, it generated very high interest among visitors.

From the very first conversations, it was clear that attendees are looking for industrial-grade solutions. Integrated CNC systems combining CNC technology, cutting technology, automatic tool change, and tool wear monitoring strongly support the idea that versatility is the future of CNC cutting.

Common topics included reducing production steps, improving repeatability, increasing precision, and ensuring workplace safety.

Cutting quality that impresses

The biggest interest was driven by innovation in cutting solutions. Advanced cutting technology, improved production quality, higher efficiency, quality assurance, and new cutting capabilities created a strong synergy. As a result, the metal industry could say only one thing – what a comprehensive offering!

Advanced CNC cutting machines, solutions for structural industry applications, serial cutting, thermal cutting, and process automation were among the key appreciated features of Titan.

During discussions, questions about CNC innovation appeared frequently. In metal cutting, CNC machines are the clear choice when combining cutting, drilling, tapping, and maximizing machine capability. As a CNC machine manufacturer, we respond to industry needs by pushing versatility to an even higher level. We also confirmed that our approach to production processes makes Polish CNC machines consistently recognized in the industry.

What we saw at the Croatian trade fair?

This year’s event clearly highlighted topics such as automated processes, higher precision, improved production quality, manufacturing efficiency, modern technologies, industrial training, heavy industry focus, and rising customer requirements.

CNC industry experts are increasingly offering not only tailored production approaches but also measurable improvements in manufacturing quality, continuously introducing new solutions to the market.

Cutting, drilling, and process integration?

During presentations, we frequently discussed plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, laser cutting, gas cutting, precision drilling, cutting processes, and automatic tool changers. We also highlighted how Titan DrillCut technology reduces the number of operations and shortens the production chain by integrating multiple processes into one system.

BIAM WELDING in Zagreb was not only an exhibition but primarily a meeting place where CNC industry experts exchanged experience, while cooperation with partners provided fresh insights into new markets and innovations.

For the Eckert team, these were discussions that directly contribute to further product development.

Visitors were especially interested in topics such as CNC machine service, technical support, customer support, machine durability, references, and applications – as well as choosing the right cutting technology for specific needs.
