This-year edition of ITM Mach Tool exhibition in Poznań, Poland was very rich of awards for us. The most important of them is Gold Medal of International Poznań Trades that we won for our innovative product ConnECKt 4.0. It allows to observe CNC cutting machine processes from every place on world.

ConnECKt 4.0 is an intelligent system with the mission to transfer Eckert CNC cutting machines owners into Industry 4.0 standards. It is based on a user friendly dashboard application which shows a “digital twin” with all required information from the Eckert CNC cutting machine to a managing person to every place on the world. It concerns among others: machine condition, operator efficiency, cutting times and breaks, spare part and gas consumptions, incoming maintenance dates, environment temperature and many more.* Transfered data is collected and used to create analyzes and statistics which are helpful for production management to boost it´s efficiency.

ConnECKt 4.0 system is designed for most of Eckert cutting machine models. Special “Retrofit 4.0 package” allows the implementation to already installed Eckert CNC cutting machines.
