Technical parameters and plasma sources

The machine can be equipped with plasma sources from reputable manufacturers such as Hypertherm or Kjellberg. Depending on the material and source configuration, it can cut sheet metal up to 30 mm thick while maintaining high edge quality and repeatability.

Control is provided via a freestanding CNC console with a 19-inch touchscreen. The software includes a library of predefined cutting parameters, automatic nesting and fault diagnostics — significantly simplifying operation.

The system also functions as a comprehensive toolbox for the operator.

Standard equipment includes the reliable TEKA EcoCube filtration system, which effectively removes harmful fumes and dust generated during the cutting process. Thanks to active power control, it offers high efficiency and energy savings, resulting in better working conditions and increased overall production efficiency.
