Black Friday - Compressor 5000 Euros Cheaper

1. This regulation ("Regulations") sets out the terms and conditions of the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Offer").

2. The promotion is organized by ECKERT AS Limited Liability Company, based in Legnica at ul. Pawicka 4c, 59-220 Legnica, entered into the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Legnica, Economic Department V, Register Section under the number KRS 000050403, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

3. The Special Offer applies to customers who received the offer between 21.11.2025 and 31.12.2025.

4. The Special Offer is limited in quantity. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion before 31.12.2025.

5. The Special Offer applies only to the following machines: Agat, Jantar, Chrom, Szafir, Onyx, Opal Waterjet, Opal Waterjet Combo, Zircon Extreme, Obsidian, and all machines working with laser technology.

6. Customers participating in the Special Offer will receive a discount of 5000 Euros on the purchase of a compressor for a CNC machine listed in point 5.

7. The Special Offer is valid only for customers who are receiving an offer prepared by an Eckert AS Ltd. representative for the first time.

8. The reduced price is granted by the Eckert AS Ltd. representative and is individually adjusted to the ordered machine and additional equipment.

9. A participant in the Special Offer may be a natural person who has full legal capacity, is at least 18 years old, and is not partially or fully incapacitated under the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant").

10. Participation in the Special Offer is voluntary.

11. Each participant in the promotion declares that they have read the Regulations of the Special Offer by ticking the box "I declare that I have read the Terms and Conditions of the 'Black Friday - Compressor 5000 Euros Cheaper' promotion and accept all the conditions contained therein."

Complaint Procedure

1. Any complaints regarding the execution of the Special Offer should be submitted in writing and sent to the company's registered office address: ul. Pawicka 4c, 59-220 Legnica.

2. The written complaint should include the Participant's first name, last name, and exact address, as well as a detailed description and justification of the complaint.

3. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of their receipt.

4. The Participant will be notified of the outcome of the complaint via registered mail sent to the address provided in the complaint, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the complaint's consideration.

5. Claims that are not resolved or not upheld in the complaint procedure may be pursued before a common court.

Final Provisions

2. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to these Regulations at any time without giving a reason. However, changes to the Regulations cannot affect the rights acquired by Participants.
