To the group of companies which recommend Eckert CNC cutting machines there joined the Gdynia shipyard Nauta Hull. Shipyard was founded in 1998 and is specialized in hall production and whole ships. It prepares also components for production of ships equipment and parts used for repairing. Most of work is realized for following european customers: Vestvaerfet ApS, Denmark; Damen Shipyard, Holland; Fishing Company Orion, Holland; Simek Shipyard, Norway; Hitzler Werft GmbH, Germany; GLomar Shipmanagement BV, Holland; Nauta Hull decided to implement Eckert plasma-oxygen CNC cutting machine Sapphire. Machine is equipped among others in:

• table with working area 2500x12000 mm,
• plasma source Hypertherm HPR400XD with automatic console,
• oxygen cutting torch for cutting up to 200mm thickness,
• filter ventilation unit PFC 8.

Eckert Sapphire model appeared in Gdynia at beginning of 2015 and since this time provides possibility of cutting till 30 mm material with plasma technology and till 200 mm with oxygen technology without any issue.

Nauta Hull confirmed in reference letter perfect machine adaptation of Eckert CNC cutting machine Sapphire for working in hard conditions and three shifts system.
