In connection with their development Vistal opened new production hall, lately with a surface of about 1 500 m². Production is focussed on building sector and energetics. Investing in development, Vistal Pref equipped the hall by Eckert Sapphire machine. This is the most popular model of Eckert machines which cuts with plasma and oxygen technologies. It is especially used in many companies that belong to heavy industry. The reason is reliability in the hardest conditions, even with three shift system. Vistal Pref owns two Eckert Sapphire machines with a big working area of 3.000 mm x 24.000 mm. They are uniquely constructed. Special is the fact that the roadway is used by two independent bridges to double the effectivity of the production. One bridge is equipped by two oxygen torches the other one has one plasma torch. There was used special innovation for connection two machines on the one roadway. There is mounted ultrasonic sensor that is working as anti-collision protection. It is a new solution that is used first time.
