Kjellberg Finsterwalde Plasma und Maschinen GmbH is founded in 1922. Its seat is located in Finsterwalde, Germany and  one of the world leading producers of plasma sources . Kjellberg products are inherent parts of many Eckert CNC cutting machines. Due to rich experience, sources by Kjellberg present the highest world standards which warrant the best quality of Eckert machines. Cooperation of both companies has long tradition. It is continued already third decade.

From beginn of 2018 cooperation between Kjellberg and Eckert grew stronger which was celebrated by an opening event by Kjellberg and Eckert Poland and Eckert Germany sales team. With Eckert ONYX  3D CNC cutting machine at Kjellberg Application Center the number of world leading companies for high-end CNC plasma cutting machines is has completed. Machine is equipped with:

  • modern, free standing iVision CNC controller,
  • Vortex 3D FL plasma cutting support for precise bevelling and chamfering in a single sheet cutting process. Angle of rotation +/- 540° and head angle deflection +/- 47°, makes our cutting machine a universal tool for preparing welding phases on Y, V and K at sheet and tube cutting.

HD3000 high dynamic 2D plasma torch support 700 mm gantry extension as preparation for pipes and profiles cutting. Thanks to special bridge extension, there is possible to make free moves above the tube positioner. ESR300  - system for pipes and profiles cutting for a diameter of up to 300 mm. Whole ESR system is positioned outside of the railway to being able to load & unload long tubes by crane or fork-lift truck comfortably with safe and easy access by the machine operator. ONYX 3D machine is available for admiring for everyone who is interested in. It is also used as demonstration device.
