From 23-26 of October 2018 there will take place the greatest world fairs in field of metalworking - EuroBlech. Exhibition is generally organized in 2-years cycles. In this occasion about 1550 exhibitors from 40 countries will present their products. It will be perfect chance to meet all the most important producers from metalworking sector. Additionally, everybody  will gathered at one place.

On this exhibition obligatorily there will be also presented Eckert company. Visitors will have opportunity to admire even 3 CNC cutting machines on Eckert stand. Two of them are already perfectly known on european cutting machines market:

• ONYX - plasma-oxygen CNC cutting machine that the most important advantage is intelligent plasma cutting head VORTEX 3D FL. It allows to bevel  precisely during single sheet cutting process. Angle of rotation +/- 540° and head angle deflection +/- 47°, makes our cutting head a universal tool, able to work in three dimensions together with preparing welding phases on Y, V and K. Vortex 3D cutting head is equipped with sensors: anti-collision, electrical/mechanical touch and height sensor. This allows using technologies such as: Contour Cut®, Contour Cut Speed®, Diameter Pro® and True Hole® and True Bevel®,

• OPAL WATERJET COMBO - patented, world fastest CNC waterjet for plasma and waterjet cutting in range of one single element. Such connection allows to lower production cost and boost production efficiency even up to 70% in comparing to other CNC waterjet cutting machines. Undoubted advantage is the possibility of installation of Pro-X 3D waterjet cutting head that ensures effective water tooling and warrants achieving of maximal precision in three-dimensional space. The maximum cutting angle +/- 60 and automatic angle compensation ensure great precision and practically zero angle on the cutting edge. Of course this CNC cutting machine optionally allows to cut with pure water or with abrasive.

Third of presented machines is the latest Eckert model. It is world premiere of CHROME - plasma-oxygen CNC cutting machine.  It is new generation device that as one of the few available on market meets the latest directives, for example EN 17916 “Safety of thermal cutting machines”. Using of improved drives  provided unachieved positioning dynamics. Solid and rigid construction allowed to achieve the highest positioning smoothness .

As manufacturer that declares readiness of all products for Industry 4.0, we will demonstrate our innovative solution that allows to fully control machine working process and integrate it with other devices from customers machine park. Due to this there is possibility  to control most important machine parameters or spare parts exploitation . Obtained in this way data can be used as tool for production process improvement.
