"Special Offer - Compressor 4500 Euro cheaper"

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") define the terms and conditions of the promotional action (hereinafter referred to as "Special Offer")

The Promotion is organized by ECKERT AS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Legnica at 4c Pawicka Street 59-220 Legnica, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Legnica, 5th Economic Department, Registry Section, under the number KRS 000050403, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer".

3. The special offer is valid for customers who received the offer between 29.11.2024 - 31.12.2024.

4. The special offer is limited in quantity. The organizer reserves the right to end the promotion before 31.12.2024.

5. The special offer applies only to Jantar, Chrome, Sapphire, Onyx, Opal Waterjet, Opal Waterjet Combo, Zircon, Obsidian machines.

6. Customers who participate in the Special Offer will receive a discount of 4,500 Euros on the purchase of a compressor for the CNC machine listed in &5.

7. The Special Offer is valid only for customers who receive the offer made by a representative of Eckert AS Ltd. for the first time.

8. The reduced price is granted by a representative of Eckert AS Sp. z o.o. and is adjusted individually to the ordered machine and accessories.

9. A participant in the Special Offer may be a natural person with full legal capacity who is at least 18 years old and is not partially or completely incapacitated within the meaning of the Civil Code (hereinafter "Participant").

10. Participation in the Special Offer is voluntary.

11. Each Participant of the promotion declares that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the Terms and Conditions of the Special Offer by checking the box "I declare that I have familiarized myself with the Terms and Conditions of the promotion "Special Offer - Compressor 4500 Euro cheaper" and accept all the terms and conditions contained therein. *".

Complaint procedure

1. All complaints regarding the manner in which the Special Offer was conducted should be submitted by the Participants in writing and sent to the address of the company's headquarters: 4c Pawicka St. 59-220 Legnica

2. The written complaint should contain the name, surname and exact address of the Participant and a detailed description and justification of the complaint.

3. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

4. The Participant will be notified of the manner of consideration of the complaint by registered letter to the address provided in the complaint, sent within 7 (seven) days from the date of consideration of a given complaint.

5. Claims not considered or taken into account in the complaint procedure may be asserted in a court of law.

Final provisions

2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations, at any time without giving any reason. However, changes to the Regulations may not violate the acquired rights of the Participants.
