An additional camera, installed behind the body of the machine, allows observation of the loading table area.

The Vector laser cutting machine is distinguished by advanced solutions that increase cutting efficiency and precision. Equipped with a dynamic exhaust extraction system, the machine automatically trans-ports toxic fumes to the collection unit, making it energy-efficient and safe. In addition, an innovative nozzle cleaning and calibration system on both pallets, previously requiring operator inter-ventions, has been fully automated. Thanks to this process, the nozzles are regularly cleaned and calibrated, guaranteeing high quality and precise cutting.

The function allows the precise production of tapered hole countersinks, without the need for additional machining. Thanks to the controlled removal of material, the laser creates a surface for the head of the conical screw without compromising the quality of the edge. This solution increases production efficiency and the aesthetics of the finished part.

* The quality of the cut depends on the properties of the metal, its surface and the conditions under which the cutting process takes place. Metals that are thick may show streaks on the lower edges.
**Galvanized steel (Gl) is commercially available up to a maximum thickness of 3mm.
Ventilation
Fans are used to extract vapors and exhaust gases generated during metal cutting operations from the suction table. Depending on the situation, fans can be installed indoor or outdoor.
Fume exhaust system
Fume exhaust system is used to eliminate potentially dangerous fumes and dust by-products of thermal cutting operations. We offer models with filter area within the range 80 to 240 m2 and efficiency up to 15.000 m3/h. The optional spark extinguishing system guarantees damping down glowing embers and provides a longer lifetime of filter cartridges.
Compressor
A high-quality air compressor that guarantees the supply of clean, high-quality air required for the proper operation of the cutting system, filter unit, and cutting table. The compressor is equipped with a refrigerated air dryer, filters, and a 500-liter storage tank.
Compact Tower
Compact Tower is a fully integrated, stand-alone solution designed for efficient mass production. This system enables automatic loading and unloading of finished parts, maximizing productivity with minimal space requirements.
