Laser

The machine is equipped with an intelligent clamping system and a pneumatic chuck that provides stable and precise support for pipes of various diameters. The special design effectively eliminates deformation and vibration, resulting in high cutting quality, especially when working with long parts.

Unique integration of hardware and software allows the processing of a wide variety of pipe shapes, such as triangles, squares, rectangles, circles, L-profiles, channels (C), I or H sections, pentagons, oval and circular shapes, ellipses, perfect squares, octagons, truncated rectangles, half-ovals, and even some angle profiles.

Laser tube cutting systems can be optionally equipped with an automatic feeder (autoloader), which allows safe and automatic loading, including of non-standard profiles. This solution allows continuous operation of the machine and significantly increases its productivity.

The touchscreen user interface provides intuitive operation and quick settings, facilitating the operator's daily work. A built-in material library automatically selects optimal cutting parameters, reducing setup time and eliminating the risk of errors. Remote access to the machine and its components enables instant diagnostics and technical support, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

The cutting head, equipped with an advanced auto-focus system, ensures precise cutting of various materials of varying thickness. Integrated sensors monitor the distance to the material, ensuring process stability and minimizing the risk of collision. A built-in collision protection system reduces the risk of damage. A cooling system protects optical components from overheating, resulting in long component life.

Multi-stage perforation enables efficient processing of thick tubes, and the FLYCUT function speeds up the process by eliminating unnecessary head movements.
