Laser tube cutting systems can be optionally equipped with an automatic feeder (autoloader), which allows safe and automatic loading, including of non-standard profiles. This solution allows continuous operation of the machine and significantly increases its productivity.
The touchscreen user interface provides intuitive operation and quick settings, facilitating the operator's daily work. A built-in material library automatically selects optimal cutting parameters, reducing setup time and eliminating the risk of errors. Remote access to the machine and its components enables instant diagnostics and technical support, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The cutting head, equipped with an advanced auto-focus system, ensures precise cutting of various materials of varying thickness. Characteristics
Machine has a reinforced body structure, using a gantry structure with a slat-wheel drive with helical teeth, which provides reliable stability, high rigidity and higher speed. The base of the machine's body is made as an integrated welded structure of high quality and durable metals.

An optional in-cab-mounted CCTV camera provides a constant view of the work area and the cutting process - without having to stop work or open the guard. It facilitates ongoing inspection and allows to quickly catch possible irregularities or failures. An additional camera, installed behind the body of the machine, allows observation of the loading table area.

* The quality of the cut depends on the properties of the metal, its surface and the conditions under which the cutting process takes place. Metals that are thick may show streaks on the lower edges.
**Galvanized steel (Gl) is commercially available up to a maximum thickness of 3mm.
Ventilation
Fans are used to extract vapors and exhaust gases generated during metal cutting operations from the suction table. Depending on the situation, fans can be installed indoor or outdoor.
Fume exhaust system
Fume exhaust system is used to eliminate potentially dangerous fumes and dust by-products of thermal cutting operations. We offer models with filter area within the range 80 to 240 m2 and efficiency up to 15.000 m3/h. The optional spark extinguishing system guarantees damping down glowing embers and provides a longer lifetime of filter cartridges.
Compressor
A high-quality air compressor that guarantees the supply of clean, high-quality air required for the proper operation of the cutting system, filter unit, and cutting table. The compressor is equipped with a refrigerated air dryer, filters, and a 500-liter storage tank.
Automatic loading system
Laser tube cutting machines can be equipped with automation systems, such as an automatic beam feeder that ensures safe and automatic loading - even for special profiles. This allows for uninterrupted operation and maximum productivity.
