Characteristics
Diamond XLS is a large-format laser cutter working with fiber optic technology, which is an ideal solution for efficient and fully autonomous sheet metal processing. With laser sources of up to 30 kW, the XLS model provides precise and high-quality cutting of materials up to 60 mm thick, with minimal operator input.
The machine is designed to handle sheets up to 3 × 12 meters in size, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation, especially when using smaller formats such as 3- or 6-meter sheets. It is the ideal solution for producing ready-to-use parts with maximum efficiency - thanks to the automatic transition from one sheet to the next while the completed parts are already being unloaded.

The cutting head, equipped with an advanced auto-focus system, ensures precise cutting of various materials of varying thickness. Integrated sensors monitor the distance to the material, ensuring process stability and minimizing the risk of collision. A built-in collision protection system reduces the risk of damage. A cooling system protects optical components from overheating, resulting in long component life.

Multi-stage perforation enables efficient processing of thick sheets, and the FLYCUT function speeds up the process by eliminating unnecessary head movements. The PCS system monitors perforation in real time, allowing cutting to begin immediately, and dynamic calibration further ensures stability and top quality machining.

The touchscreen user interface provides intuitive operation and quick settings, facilitating the operator's daily work. Cutting process and loading table area monitoring system
An optional in-cab-mounted CCTV camera provides a constant view of the work area and the cutting process - without having to stop work or open the guard. It facilitates ongoing inspection and allows to quickly catch possible irregularities or failures. An additional camera, installed behind the body of the machine, allows observation of the loading table area.

The automatic sheet orientation function speeds up the cutting process by eliminating the need to manually align the sheet before each cut. The software automatically detects the angle of the sheet and adjusts the program accordingly, eliminating unproductive time spent re-aligning the material.

The laser cutter is equipped with a light barrier controlled by an intelligent sensor system. In the interest of safety, if the sensors detect the presence of an object or person in the working area, the system will immediately stop the machine's pallet change process.

Ventilation
Fans are used to extract vapors and exhaust gases generated during metal cutting operations from the suction table. Depending on the situation, fans can be installed indoor or outdoor.
Fume exhaust system
Fume exhaust system is used to eliminate potentially dangerous fumes and dust by-products of thermal cutting operations. We offer models with filter area within the range 80 to 240 m2 and efficiency up to 15.000 m3/h. The optional spark extinguishing system guarantees damping down glowing embers and provides a longer lifetime of filter cartridges.
Compressor
A high-quality air compressor that guarantees the supply of clean, high-quality air required for the proper operation of the cutting system, filter unit, and cutting table. The compressor is equipped with a refrigerated air dryer, filters, and a 500-liter storage tank.
