The ideal technology for your area of application

In the field of CNC cutting machines, we at Eckert Cutting rely on four high-tech cutting processes, each of which has different advantages and is therefore ideal for certain industries and areas of application. Our product range includes, among others, the innovative Opal WaterJet Combo cutting machine, which is the only machine in the world to combine fast and precise cutting using plasma technology with the versatility of water jet cutting.  Our cutters are known for their reliability and robustness, as well as innovative solutions that increase efficiency when working with CNC cutting machines. One of these is the Dual Flex 3D, an innovative plasma-oxygen cutting head for precision metal cutting. The two interchangeable torches guarantee the best possible cutting quality in shifts; which has a significant impact on increasing productivity and benefiting from the full possibilities offered by plasma and oxygen cutting technology. As a manufacturer of high-quality CNC machines, we rely on first-class systems that impress with excellent results and a high level of user comfort, even when used intensively.

Are you looking for machine customised to your needs?

To cut particularly hard and heat-sensitive materials effectively, a CNC-controlled cutting machine that works with the innovative technology of waterjet cutting is ideal. From classic steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets to paper and panel materials made of wood to certain plastics, waterjet cutting also covers a diverse range of materials. Thanks to the precise operation of this cutting process, only a small kerf width is created and in many cases the workpiece no longer needs to be reworked. Cutting workpieces with very high material thickness and hardness is also possible with CNC cutting machines with waterjet technology by adding sharp-edged abrasives such as sand or quartz.

Eckert Cutting's innovative CNC cutting machines not only enable extremely precise and reliable straight cuts, but also the angled cutting of semi-finished products thanks to phase cutting technology. Compared to manual 3D cutting, this CNC-controlled process scores points with less time required and significantly higher repeat accuracy. Not only sheet materials, but also tubes and profiles can be processed using phase cutting technology. The process unfolds its full potential when the parts are subsequently welded together.

With Eckert Cutting as your manufacturer, you can rely on first-class machines that can finally cut sheet metal and other materials to the desired quality.

FAQ:

Market and technological developments always make it necessary to adapt cutting systems to individual requirements. Manufacturers such as Eckert Cutting not only offer a large portfolio of extensions, but the modular design of the technology also enables retrofitting at any time.

The modular design of the cutting machines is geared towards individual expansion. Our experts are always available to help the customer choose the best possible solution. We are happy to conduct individual demonstrations to familiarise the customer with the capabilities of the machines and the individual technologies. This can take place either at the Technology Centre, at our company headquarters or at our customer's production facility.

Cutting machines are worthwhile for all industries that want to produce dimensionally accurate parts from a material. Automotive, contract manufacturing, shipbuilding and steel construction are among the main users. Aerospace in particular relies on the precision of products made using cutting technology.

Eckert Cutting offers training courses in which both beginners and advanced users can quickly learn how to operate a CNC cutting machine within a week. The training also includes the use of CAD/CAM software. In-depth follow-up training can also be requested at a later date for experienced users.
